Guarantee Conditions:

To meet the guarantee conditions, you must provide the correct recipient's address and phone number when placing an order. If these conditions are met, the online florist www.123kwiaty.pl guarantees flower delivery on the date selected by the customer.

If, despite meeting the conditions of the 100% Delivery Guarantee promotion, our florist fails to deliver the order on the specified date, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the order cost and a complimentary apology bouquet for the recipient.

The delivery guarantee applies to shipments within Poland.

Attention!

The guarantee does not apply if:

• the recipient changes the flower delivery date
• the recipient is not at the provided delivery address and does not answer the courier's calls
• road conditions prevent delivery to the specified address
• we inform you of the inability to deliver one day before the selected delivery date
