Delivery Terms

An order placed from Monday to Friday by 4:00 PM can be delivered on the same day.
Orders are delivered within the following time slots: by 1:00 PM (morning hours) or after 1:00 PM (afternoon hours). We do not guarantee specific delivery hours. If you would like flowers to be delivered at a specific time, please contact us by phone at +48 32 720 60 59.
On days such as Grandmother's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, and Mother's Day, we do not guarantee the delivery times specified in the order due to an increased number of shipments.
An order with a delivery date on Saturday or Sunday must be placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday at the latest. Orders for Saturday or Sunday placed after this deadline may be delivered on Monday. We do not guarantee delivery on public holidays (non-working days).
An order for a gift basket must be placed at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Gift baskets are not delivered on weekends and holidays.
The cost of flower delivery throughout Poland is 19.90 PLN.
International orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the planned delivery date. We do not deliver flowers abroad on Sundays.
Order modifications can be made within 2 hours of placing the order or at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
The online florist 123kwiaty.pl makes every effort to ensure that the delivered bouquet is as close as possible to the image on the website. If a particular type of flower is unavailable, the online florist 123kwiaty.pl reserves the right to replace it with similar flowers of the same or higher value while maintaining the bouquet's shape. Complaints regarding the quality of delivered flowers are accepted within 48 hours of order fulfillment.
For bouquets containing only roses, substitutions cannot be made without the customer's approval.
To submit a complaint, please send a photo of the delivered bouquet to info@123kwiaty.pl within 48 hours of delivery.
Images of additional products are for reference only. The delivered product may differ from the image depending on availability. Additional products are only delivered with flowers.
The online florist 123kwiaty.pl does not disclose any data or personal information about the person ordering the flowers. The only way for the recipient to know who sent the flowers is through a signature on the greeting card.
