Delivery Rules

To have flowers delivered the same day, please place your order and complete the payment no later than 4:00 PM. Orders can be placed online or by phone at: +48 780 122 123 (from 8 AM to 4 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM).
For funeral orders, please provide the funeral time in the notes when placing your order. The courier will deliver the flowers about 15 minutes before the ceremony, also to the cemetery, church, or chapel. Flowers will be placed in a visible, appropriate spot or handed over to the funeral service provider.

Flower delivery is free of charge.
We make every effort to ensure that the delivered bouquet matches the photo as closely as possible. However, if certain flowers are unavailable, we may replace them with similar ones, maintaining the bouquet’s shape and color scheme.
In the case of significant changes to the bouquet (e.g., rose color), we always try to contact the customer by phone to confirm the change.
To submit a complaint, please send a photo of the delivered bouquet to info@123kwiaty.pl within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of add-ons such as plush toys or vases are for illustration purposes only. The delivered product may differ depending on availability.
123kwiaty.pl Online Florist does not disclose any personal data or information about the person ordering the flowers to the recipient. The only way the recipient can find out who sent the flowers is through the signature on the card.
